YKA/Bus/Train Arrivals - Should your flight/bus be delayed please contact us to reschedule on the next available shuttle. If there is not another scheduled shuttle for the day, you will be transferred over to the first available shuttle the following day.
Sun Peaks Departures - In order to accommodate all departing guests we ask that you be ready at your pickup location, 30 mins. before scheduled departure for all shared transfers, and 15 mins. for all private transfers.
*Road Conditions may impact schedule, Peak Shuttles Ltd. is not liable for delays beyond our control - weather/road conditions, mechanical failure, accidents, and acts of god etc.
**Refunds are not available for late passengers departing Sun Peaks, missed connections, cancelled or delayed flights/buses/trains, you will be rescheduled to the next available shuttle. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
